Report on the situation in the country of origin
In several countries it is possible for us to commission a report on the situation in the country of origin as part of objection or appeal proceedings to remedy a denied application for an authorisation for temporary stay (mvv) or a residence permit.
The report may then be used by the court to verify whether local conditions really are as they are represented by the lawyer to substantiate the notice of objection or the appeal.
This type of report can be requested by both lawyers and courts. A copy of the report will be sent to the applicant. If the report meets the applicant’s wishes and the applicant agrees, we will send the original report to the relevant authority directly.
